All my thoughts, no sugarcoating
A solid choice for budget travelers! Just a short stroll from the train station and local shops. Rooms are compact but tidy with comfy beds. Breakfast offers basic options. While showers are cramped and walls thin, the friendly staff always offered assistance. I'd gladly return for the excellent location and cleanliness.

Truly enjoyed our a double room, it was new-fashioned and fine. The location was great for traveling around Nice, really close to tram station and train station, Promenade or Old Town and the shopping center and the seaside. There was Zen very close to the hotel.

The hotel was in a great spot, just a short walk to the train station, made our family day trips easy. We loved the nearby restaurants too, especially trying the diverse cuisines. The balcony in our room was fantastic, perfect for family chats.
In my wife's opinion, the breakfast options could be improved for families, as there wasn't much variety for the kids.

This place was just a proper fit for a quick stopover in Nice with very nice value for money. I appreciated that they let me check in early, made things way easier after a long flight. Bring a fan during the summer because the A/C struggled a bit in the heat.
